Participants will gain an understanding of common yoga poses and their clinical relevance along with modifications and contraindications. Participants will learn breathing and mindfulness techniques which may help regulate chronic, acute, and post-surgical pain and cultivate an easily accessible free tool for managing overall well-being beyond the clinic doors.
