Clinical education experiences are critical to ensuring competent practice of future clinicians. While there are many benefits to the student, clinician, and site, there are challenges that impact quality clinical education experiences. This session will explore the challenges in clinical education, discuss professional and legal requirements of student supervision, and develop strategies to optimize student learning and outcomes across various clinical settings.
