Participants must make their own room reservations via the hotel booking link. Please identify yourself with “APTA Louisiana” to receive the group rate (group code for online booking is APAAPAA). Please reserve your room early. The hotel guarantees the availability of our room block, at the above rates, only for reservations made on or before July 21, 2026. If you need a room after July 21, 2026, please call Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel and identify that you are with “APTA Louisiana” and ask to join the room block at the contracted rate. APTA Louisiana cannot guarantee the hotel will honor the rate.
