Recent Advances in the Evaluation & Treatment of Knee & Hip Disorders: What’s New with Surgery, Rehabilitation & Return to Activities by Kevin E Wilk, DPT, FAPTA. This evidence based new course is designed to present to the clinician the most recent and state of the art information in the treatment of patient injuries/dysfunctions of the knee joint and the hip joint complex. This course will specifically discuss treatments for specific types of patients &/or athletes with presentations & interactive hands on live demonstrations
- Professional Health, Burn Out and Supporting Longevity in the PT Profession (Excluding Ethics):
STAY: The Career Longevity Performance Lab by Lisa M. Flexner, PT, DPT, MA, FAAOMPT. The healthcare staffing crisis isn’t a personal failure or a leadership one; it’s a structural issue. Clinicians and leaders aren’t leaving the field because they’ve lost their passion for helping people—in too many cases, they are leaving because they can no longer find a way to stay that feels sustainable or safe. Whether you are navigating the high-volume pace of an acute care wing, the specialized demands of a neuro-rehab unit, or the overhead pressures of private practice, the burnout we feel is often the result of a system that wasn't built for today’s healthcare challenges.
