An LAPT Board Jurisprudence Seminar will be offered concurrently with the Ethics Program on Sunday afternoon. Register for the Jurisprudence Seminar at www.laptboard.org. There is no registration fee for the Jurisprudence Seminar, but pre-registration is encouraged.

How to Register

1. Click "Register Myself"
2. Select your registration option
3. Select your classification
4. Click "Save Results"
5. Update your badge name if necessary
6. Pick any additional program items you'd like to add to your registration
   • If you are registering for Saturday and/or Sunday, please indicate whether you plan to attend the Shoulder Conditions or Differential Diagnosis concurrent course below.
7. If you are registering a guest, click on "Add a guest"
   1. Enter your guest's information
   2. With your guest as the highlighted registrant, select "Spouse/Guest" as the registration options
8. Check your registration charges and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the right of the screen (bottom of screen for mobile devices)
   • If there is no "Proceed to Checkout" button on the right of the screen (bottom of screen for mobile devices), click on the cart icon at the very top of the screen to access the cart and submit payment
9. Enter your payment information and submit to pay for your registration

After you submit your payment, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction and be directed to a confirmation page. On that page, you will have the option of emailing your receipt to additional addresses. **A late fee of $30 will apply to registrations submitted after 8/12/2016.
