Bladder Leakage affects 25% to 45% of women and 10% to 20% of men at some point in their lives. While pelvic floor therapy is more commonplace today, many people do not know treatment exists, or may not have access. Physical Therapists have a unique position to screen for pelvic floor dysfunction, to manage symptoms through exercise and movement strategies, and to refer out for specialized treatment.
